However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines our straightforward process for returns and exchanges.

Our Policy

You may return most unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost. For your protection, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened bottles of alcohol due to health and safety regulations. All sales of opened products are final.

Please Note: For safety and legal reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on any products that have been opened or where the seal has been broken. This is a standard policy across the spirits industry.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you promptly.
  2. Await Authorization: Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the unused and unopened item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and name. Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed it. The processing time depends on your financial institution’s policies.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved but you selected free shipping, the value of the standard shipping fee ($12.95) may be deducted from your product refund.
