We offer two secure and reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Flat rate fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these are estimated transit times and may be subject to variations due to customs clearance procedures or factors beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our premium Absinthe, Bourbon, Vodka, Rum, Pisco, Liqueurs, and Aperitifs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process for unopened items.

Our Policy

You may return most unused, unopened items in their original, sealed packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost.

Important Exception: In compliance with international health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened bottles of alcohol. This includes any product where the seal has been broken or the bottle has been tampered with. All sales of opened products are final. This is a standard and non-negotiable policy across the spirits industry for your protection.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information to assist you promptly.
  2. Await Authorization: Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the unused and unopened item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and name. Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions.

    Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed it. The processing time depends on your financial institution’s policies.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved but you selected free shipping, the value of the standard shipping fee ($12.95) may be deducted from your product refund.
