2. Product Information and Service Description

3. Ordering and Payment Terms

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information including a valid delivery address within our service areas. We currently ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote regions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We process orders within 1-2 business days before dispatch. We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Flat rate fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

These are estimated transit times and may be subject to variations due to customs clearance procedures or factors beyond our control.

User Responsibility: You must provide a secure delivery address where someone of legal drinking age can receive the package. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5. Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns on unopened items in their original, sealed packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost.

Important Exception: In compliance with international health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened bottles of alcohol. This is a standard and non-negotiable policy across the spirits industry.

To initiate a return:

  2. Await authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA instructions

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
